RENDIMENTO: 8 TEMPO DE PREPARO: TEMPO DE FORNO/FOGÃO: Informações nutricionais: 300 Calorias 21 gramas Gordura

INGREDIENTES

  • Folha de pão de ló de 18 cm (2 folhas)
  • Natas batidas (300g de natas + 30g de açúcar)
  • 5~7 kiwi dourado
  • hortelã maçã

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Corte uma folha de bolo em uma forma de 15cm e coloque 1 folha no fundo da forma de mousse com um anel de mousse.
  2. Prenda o kiwi fatiado na parede da moldura, aplique chantilly na folha e coloque o kiwi por cima.
  3. Coloque o creme e o kiwi fatiado em cima do kiwi e coloque a última folha em cima do kiwi.
  4. Depois de rechear o creme, alise-o e endureça na geladeira por 1 hora.
  5. Decore com chantilly, kiwi e hortelã.
