INGREDIENTES

  • 5 ovos
  • 100g~120g Açúcar
  • 75ml de Leite
  • 15ml de extrato de baunilha
  • 175g de manteiga marrom
  • 75g Farinha para bolo
  • 80g de chocolate amargo
  • 40g de natas frescas
  • 2g Gelatina em placas

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Coloque os ovos, o açúcar, o leite e o extrato de baunilha em uma tigela e misture.
  2. Coloque a tigela de massa em água quente e mexa com um batedor para aumentar a temperatura para 53 graus.
  3. Bata a massa com a batedeira manual. Quando bolhas ricas aparecerem, adicione a manteiga marrom e bata. (Manteiga marrom: a manteiga é fervida em fogo baixo até dourar)
  4. Peneire a farinha macia e misture.
  5. Coloque a massa na forma, em uma forma fina e plana, e leve ao forno até dourar com a função grill. (Eu assei por 7 minutos na primeira vez, 3-4 minutos na segunda vez ~)
  6. Após o cozimento repetido, coloque em uma grade de resfriamento para esfriar.
  7. Coloque o chocolate amargo e o creme de leite fresco em uma xícara e leve ao micro-ondas por 40 segundos para derreter, depois adicione a gelatina embebida e misture.
  8. Despeje (6) sobre o bolo, espalhe-o finamente com uma espátula e endureça na geladeira por cerca de 30 minutos.
