Ich habe einen süßen und herzhaften Crêpe-Kuchen mit Erdnussbutter gemacht! Ich finde, es schmeckt viel besser als der leicht schlichte Crêpe-Kuchen, den ich vorher hatte~ Zähe Crêpes und zähe Erdnüsse in der Mitte machen das Kauen zum Vergnügen~^^

Wenn Sie keinen Peanut Crunch haben, können Sie gehackte geröstete Erdnüsse verwenden.

INGREDIENTES

  • 4 ovos
  • 30g de Açúcar
  • 2g de sal
  • 200g de farinha de bolo
  • 500ml de Leite
  • 150g de manteiga de amendoim
  • 70g de manteiga derretida
  • 350g de natas batidas (+ 20g de açúcar, 100g de manteiga de amendoim)
  • crocante de amendoim

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Coloque os ovos em uma tigela e bata delicadamente, adicione o açúcar e o sal, misture e peneire a farinha macia.
  2. Adicione 1/3 do leite e misture, depois adicione a manteiga de amendoim e misture.
  3. Divida o leite restante em 2 e misture. Adicione a manteiga derretida e misture.
  4. Após peneiramento, fermentar em temperatura ambiente por 30 a 60 minutos.
  5. Coloque um pouco de óleo de cozinha na panela e limpe-o com uma toalha de cozinha. (Você só precisa fazer isso na primeira vez~^^)
  6. Coloque a massa, vire a forma para achatá-la, e quando as bolhas de ar subirem, vire e asse mais um pouco antes de retirar.
  7. Coloque 1 crepe em um prato giratório, aplique o chantilly de manteiga de amendoim e, em seguida, coloque outro crepe por cima. (Use o Capítulo 16)
  8. Polvilhe Peanut Crunch em cima do creme uma vez a cada 4 folhas.
  9. Coloque o último crepe por cima e decore com creme e crocante de amendoim.
