Ich habe Scones mit frischer Sahne gemacht, die in der Bäckerei „Shiokona“ verkauft werden! Es ist ein Scone, der bekannter wurde, als das Rezept in einem Buch veröffentlicht wurde. Butter wird nicht hinzugefügt, aber Schlagsahne wird hinzugefügt. Auch Scones werden hauptsächlich aus Weizenmehl hergestellt, aber dieses verwendet starkes Mehl und der Teig braucht lange zum Reifen.

Der Buttergeschmack ist lebendig und die Textur ist weich und feucht, ohne trocken zu sein! Schmeckt richtig gut mit Marmelade und Milch!! Bis auf die Teigreife dauert die Zubereitung recht wenig Zeit.

INGREDIENTES

  • 200g Farinha Forte
  • 2g Fermento em pó
  • 2g de sal
  • 30g de Açúcar
  • 200g de natas frescas
  • Gema de ovo

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Peneire a farinha forte, o fermento, o sal, adicione o açúcar e misture.
  2. Adicione o creme de leite fresco e amasse levemente apenas o suficiente para não ver a farinha crua.
  3. Embrulhe em filme plástico e leve à geladeira por 24 horas.
  4. Depois de dividir em 6 partes iguais, coloque em uma assadeira e cubra o topo com gema de ovo.
  5. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus por 20 a 25 minutos.
