In einer quadratischen Pfanne gebacken und in 2 Stücke geschnitten, ist das Blatt dick und enthält viele Karotten, also ist es saftig.
Ich habe die Oberseite mit Creme in Form einer Karotte dekoriert, und es sieht aus wie ein Karottenfeld.

Es ist kein schwerer Kuchen, sondern ein weicher und leichter Kuchen, sodass Sie ihn ohne Belastung essen können.
Ich gebe Kokospulver auf die Seite, und es passt gut zu Karottenkuchen und fügt Textur hinzu.

INGREDIENTES

  • 230g de Cenoura
  • 3 ovos inteiros
  • 180g de açúcar mascavo
  • 3g de extrato de baunilha
  • 160g de óleo vegetal
  • 4g canela em pó
  • 200g de farinha de bolo
  • 6g Fermento em pó
  • 3g de bicarbonato de sódio
  • 50g de amêndoa em pó
  • 40g de noz-pecã torrada
  • 180g de creme de leite
  • 60g de açúcar em pó
  • 340g de requeijão
  • 6g de suco de limão

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Prepare a cenoura cortando-a com um cutelo, em seguida, adicione o açúcar mascavo e o extrato de baunilha ao ovo e bata até ficar branco.
  2. Adicione o óleo vegetal e a canela em pó e bata, depois peneire a farinha macia, a amêndoa em pó, o fermento em pó e o bicarbonato de sódio e misture bem.
  3. Adicione as cenouras e as nozes torradas picadas, misture uniformemente, despeje em uma assadeira, alise e asse em forno a 170 graus por 35 minutos.
  4. Prepare a folha de bolo resfriada cortando-a ao meio. Adicione o açúcar em pó ao chantilly frio e bata, em seguida, adicione o cream cheese frio e bata em velocidade baixa.
  5. Adicione o suco de limão e bata mais um pouco para fazer o creme, aplique na assadeira, coloque a assadeira por cima e aplique o creme por cima e finamente nas laterais.
  6. Polvilhe coco em pó ao lado, decore as cenouras com creme de laranja e verde e polvilhe com canela em pó.
