INGREDIENTES

  • 20g de Oreo triturado
  • 10g de manteiga derretida
  • 2g Gelatina de folha
  • 63g Iogurte Simples
  • 1/2ts extrato de baunilha
  • 1/2 ts de suco de limão
  • 20g de Açúcar
  • 50g de natas batidas
  • 35g de purê de mirtilo
  • Chantilly
  • Amoras
  • hortelã maçã

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Adicione a manteiga derretida aos Oreos triturados, misture e espalhe no fundo da mousse.
  2. Coloque a gelatina no frio e deixe de molho por pelo menos 10 minutos.
  3. Coloque o iogurte, o extrato de baunilha e o suco de limão em uma tigela e misture, depois adicione o açúcar e misture.
  4. Derreta a gelatina completamente no microondas por 10 segundos.
  5. Adicione a gelatina derretida à mousse de iogurte e misture, depois adicione o chantilly e misture.
  6. Adicione o purê de mirtilo e misture.
  7. Coloque na forma de mousse, alise e endureça na geladeira por 2 horas.
  8. Decore com chantilly, mirtilos e hortelã-maçã.
