In Cooking Tree servieren wir köstlichen frischen Pfirsichkuchen und zeigen Ihnen, wie man ihn von Grund auf zubereitet.

Ich habe einen frischen Pfirsichkuchen mit vielen frischen Pfirsichen gemacht und ihn mit Erdbeer-Röllchen-Waffeln dekoriert! Ich mag harte Pfirsiche, also habe ich harte Pfirsiche verwendet. Wenn du weiche Pfirsiche verwendest, kannst du es etwas einfacher machen, ohne sie zu kochen~^^

Wenn ich Pfirsichsirup auf das Blech streiche, riecht das Blech auch nach Pfirsichen, was es noch leckerer macht! Ich habe Erdbeer-Röllchen-Waffeln darauf gelegt und mit vielen Pfirsichen garniert, so dass es ein wirklich schöner Kuchen geworden ist~

Ich denke, es wäre gut, es mit einem Band zu dekorieren und es als Geschenk zu verschenken~^^

INGREDIENTES

  • 1~2 Pêssego
  • 200g de água
  • 100g de açúcar
  • Folha de pão de ló de 12 cm (3 folhas)
  • Natas batidas (200g de natas + 20g de açúcar)
  • Bolacha enrolada de morango

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Descasque os pêssegos e corte 1/2 em cubos pequenos e o restante em cubos grandes.
  2. Coloque a água e o açúcar em uma panela e leve para ferver, em seguida, adicione pequenos pêssegos em forma de cubo e deixe ferver.
  3. Quando os pêssegos estiverem ligeiramente macios, separe a polpa de pêssego da calda.
  4. Coloque 1 folha de pão de ló no prato giratório, aplique a calda e depois o chantilly.
  5. Coloque o pêssego cozido por cima, aplique o chantilly e coloque outra folha por cima. Repita os passos 4-5 mais uma vez.
  6. Espalhe o chantilly na parte superior e nas laterais do bolo.
  7. Coloque a bolacha de rolinho de morango na lateral do bolo, coloque um pêssego grande em forma de cubo por cima e aplique a calda.
