Ich habe einen Geleekuchen mit bunten und frischen Früchten gemacht!

Die untere Schicht ist eine weiche Schlagsahnekuchenschicht, die mittlere Schicht ist eine dünne Joghurtmousseschicht und die obere Schicht ist eine Geleeschicht voller Früchte.

Jede Schicht hat einen anderen Geschmack, also unterscheidet sie sich ein wenig von normalen Obstkuchen~^^

Ich denke, es wäre besser, es mit deinen Lieblingsfrüchten zu machen und es kalt zu essen~*^^*

Es kostet viel Arbeit und viel Zeit, als ich dachte, aber als ich fertig war, fühlte ich mich so frisch wie eine Frucht.

INGREDIENTES

  • Kiwi dourado
  • kiwi verde
  • Toranja
  • tangerina
  • folhas de pão de ló (16,5 cm)
  • Natas batidas (150g de natas + 15g de açúcar)
  • Melaço de cana
  • 50g de iogurte natural
  • 20g de Açúcar
  • 80g de natas batidas
  • 5g Gelatina folhada
  • 150g de bebida quente sabor pêssego
  • 15g de açúcar
  • 5g Gelatina folhada

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Fatie a fruta.
  2. Coloque uma folha de pão de ló sobre a forma, polvilhe com calda de açúcar e, em seguida, aplique chantilly.
  3. Coloque a fruta fatiada por cima, aplique o chantilly e depois coloque a folha por cima e polvilhe com a calda.
  4. Misture o iogurte e o açúcar em uma tigela, adicione o chantilly e a gelatina derretida e misture.
  5. Despeje a mousse de iogurte (3), nivele e endureça na geladeira por 30 a 40 minutos.
  6. Adicione o açúcar a uma bebida quente com sabor de pêssego e misture, depois adicione a gelatina embebida em água fria por pelo menos 15 minutos e misture.
  7. Despeje um pouco (6) em cima da mousse endurecida, alise-a, coloque a fruta sobre ela e deixe endurecer na geladeira por 20 minutos.
    (Se você derramar tudo de uma vez, uma fruta vem à mente~!)
  8. Despeje o restante (6) e endureça na geladeira por 3-4 horas.
