Minz-Schokoladen-Kuchen steht auf der Speisekarte von Cooking Tree und wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie dieses köstliche Rezept von Grund auf neu zubereiten!

Ich habe einen Zuckerguss-Minz-Schokoladensplitterkuchen gemacht, indem ich Schokoladenstückchen auf frische Sahne mit Minzgeschmack gestreut habe! Für diejenigen, die Minzgeschmack mögen, ist die Kombination aus Minze und Schokolade so lecker!

Man kann sich den Geschmack von Baskin Robbins’ Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream vorstellen~^^ Der Geschmack ist anders, aber ich persönlich mag es sehr.

Die Schokoladenstückchen, die jedes Mal kauen, wenn Sie sie essen, tragen zur Textur bei ~^^

RENDIMENTO: 6 TEMPO DE PREPARO: TEMPO DE FORNO/FOGÃO: Informações nutricionais: 130 Calorias 30 gramas Gordura

INGREDIENTES

  • 300g de natas batidas (+30g de açúcar)
  • 1/4 de essência de menta
  • Corante alimentar (verde, azul)
  • Folha de pão de ló de chocolate de 15 cm (3 folhas)
  • Melaço de cana
  • Pepita de chocolate
  • Ganache (50g de chocolate + 25g de natas frescas + 5g de xarope de milho)
  • Chocolate
  • Polvilhe

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Adicione a essência de menta e o corante alimentar (verde, azul) ao chantilly com açúcar e misture para fazer o creme cor de menta.
  2. Coloque uma folha de pão de ló de chocolate em um prato giratório, polvilhe com calda de açúcar e aplique o creme.
  3. Polvilhe as gotas de chocolate e coloque a folha. Repita mais uma vez.
  4. Espalhe o creme sobre o topo e as laterais do bolo.
  5. Despeje o ganache por cima e despeje um pouco ao lado, depois decore com chantilly, chocolate e granulado.
