Ich habe eine Tiramisu-Torte mit zart schmelzender Sahne und Schoko-Kuchenblechen gemacht! Schließlich enttäuscht Tiramisu nie. Es ist ein köstlicher Kuchen, der sehr gut zu weicher Sahne und einem mit Kaffee gefüllten Schokoladenblech passt.

Der geschnittene Querschnitt ist geschichtet und hübsch, also liebe ich es, und ich denke, es ist ein tolles Geschenk zum Valentinstag oder zum Jahrestag!

INGREDIENTES

Xarope de café

  • 100ml de água
  • 20g de Açúcar
  • 30g Expresso

creme

  • 2g Gelatina de folha
  • 200g de queijo creme
  • 80g de iogurte natural
  • 50g de Açúcar
  • 1/2ts extrato de baunilha
  • 160g de natas batidas
  • Folha de bolo de chocolate
  • Cacau em pó

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Coloque a gelatina na água e deixe de molho por 10 minutos.
  2. Faça a calda de café misturando água, açúcar e café expresso.
  3. Coloque o cream cheese + iogurte natural em uma tigela e misture, depois adicione o açúcar + o extrato de baunilha e misture.
  4. Retire a água da gelatina e aqueça no micro-ondas por 10 segundos para dissolvê-la completamente.
  5. Adicione à massa de queijo e misture.
  6. Adicione o creme de leite e misture.
  7. Coloque uma folha de chocolate na forma e cubra-a com bastante calda de café.
  8. Coloque o creme, coloque uma folha sobre ele e cubra com calda de café. Repita mais uma vez.
  9. Decore com creme por cima e endureça no freezer por 1 hora.
  10. Polvilhe generosamente com cacau em pó.
