Ich habe einen süßen Kuchen mit Pfirsichen gemacht! Wenn man es außen mit Sahne in drei Farben glasiert, bekommt es ein tolles Gefühl~ Es ist Sommer, also ist es nicht einfach, einen Schlagsahnekuchen zu machen, weil die Sahne schmilzt.

Die weichen Blätter und die erfrischend zähen Pfirsiche passen gut zusammen, also ist es wirklich lecker~^^

INGREDIENTES

  • 315g de pêssego em conserva
  • 10g de açúcar
  • 10g de suco de limão
  • 2ts de amido de milho + 2ts de água
  • Folha de pão de ló de 15 cm (3 folhas)
  • Melaço de cana
  • Chantilly amarelo (70g de creme + 7g de açúcar + corante amarelo)
  • Chantilly rosa (70g de creme + 7g de açúcar + corante vermelho)
  • Natas batidas brancas (300g de natas + 30g de açúcar)
  • Deco Açúcar em pó
  • Polvilhe

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Corte os pêssegos enlatados em cubos, coloque-os em uma panela com açúcar e suco de limão e ferva-os. Adicione o amido de milho e a água, ferva um pouco mais, retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.
  2. Adicione o corante alimentar ao chantilly (70g) e misture para fazer o creme amarelo e o creme rosa.
  3. Coloque uma folha no rolo de bolo, polvilhe com calda de açúcar e aplique finamente chantilly branco, aperte a borda em um círculo e coloque (1) no círculo. Repita mais uma vez.
  4. Coloque a última folha e cubra-a levemente com chantilly branco.
  5. Aplique o creme rosa, amarelo e branco na lateral do bolo em ordem, cobrindo-o suavemente, e modele-o com uma espátula.
  6. Molde a vista superior e decore com neve decorativa e granulado.
